[QUOTE="swampratt, post: 3546460, member: 15054"] HA HA! That was excellent. I can't remember if it was a Festiva Or a Fiesta my uncle had built. Little 4 cylinder and he stuck 60 series tires onto it. He was an EX NASCAR driver from way back and everything he had was tweaked. He got an Australian head for the little car and tweaked the engine and then lowered the engine and drivetrain in it 3". That car would corner like no other. No sliding around corners just stuck like glue. He told me he built another little car like that and raced it on an asphalt track and it never would break a tire loose in a corner. So he just kept pushing it faster and faster then all at once the car just flipped right over onto it's top in a corner. He said That this little Ford felt exactly the same. I raced him in a Nova I had that ran 12's at the time and I had to actually get into the 4 barrel to hang with him. I would bet his little Ford would run in the 13's. My son raced a guy in a big tire Geo metro many years ago in a car that ran 18's if he was lucky. Said the Geo took off like a rocket. Caught up with the guy at the next light and was informed the Geo was sitting on a Subaru WRX chassis. Some people like stealth. Here is a sleeper video for ya.
