That is not what I find amusing about it (of course they don't approve you if you have a felony charge). What I find funny is someone with a felony charge thinking that they would get approved. It is not like you wouldn't know if you had these charges.

That was what my sarcasm was trying to convey. Why would they even bother applying? Silly people.

Technically it's only a charge, not a conviction right? Shouldn't that make a difference? Maybe they thought they'd get it before they were convicted and that would make it OK.

Side note: Do you get your $200 back if it's declined?
