Sounds like it just went pending. Depending on which examiner your transfer was assigned to you can have as short as a month to as long as several months possibly a year. If you check on AR15.com in the General Class 3 forum in the Armory Section, you can browse a long list of people that have posted information on their transfers.
If you will post some more details like when you mailed the paperwork out and which dealer you are doing your transfer through, we might be able to narrow the timeframe. There are some people who have transfers over a year in waiting but that is usually an exception. Most take between 3-6 months, but Santamaria has turned them around faster.

Frushour is also turning them out. I saw one yesterday that he did 64 days door to door.
