Found someone's CC permit...

So, my father in law found someone's conceal carry permit in the parking lot of the Spirit Bank Event center. Do you guy's think I should just mail it to the address on the license? This is a Texas CHL.

Yeah, I Googled his name and found someone's business with the same name in the same town. However, if this isn't the correct person, what should I do?

Ithink that if you drop a license in a mail box they will deliver it to the adress on the ID (what ive been told anyways.), i would think it would work the same with a CC permit.

Well if it was a common name like Bob Smith or something I'd hold onto it until you can try calling the place to make sure, but If its an uncommon name I'd probably just mail it to them.
