Franchi or not to Franchi

Anyone have an affinity or intensity? I'm looking for a new all around, and I don't intend to break the bank.

I had a Franchi 20ga auto and really likd it. only sold it because I didn’t need it anymore.

It was in the 60's so take that into consideration, but the semi auto's from those days had a tendency to double fire.
I was a kid, and the guy that loaned me his on a dove hunt knowing what was about to happen got a real big laugh out of it.

I'm pretty sure that issue is fixed now.

I had an 1148 in 20 gauge that was a really nice quail gun.Would like to have a nice Franchi over and under.

Great guns grew up shooting a Franchi 20 gauge.Shot so many quail with it,light and just perfect.
