I’ve raised my son fine. Did I ever say he is doing what they are teaching? No I didn’t. My son actually stands up for what’s right. He is an outspoken conservative. He does have some issues that are beyond my control though. I do my best to set a good example for him and to teach him respect and good work ethic. Am I the best parent on earth? Heck no. I’ve made plenty of mistakes and I’m sure I will continue to. As for some inside pushing others away; there are some that do that sadly. But the majority of Christians are really good people. I don’t push my beliefs on others and never look down on others for not being a Christian. I try and share the gospel when I get a chance. You sound like a very bitter person. I’m sorry you had such a lousy childhood. I’m sure there are some that would label your dad a good Christian. Maybe they don’t know him well enough and he seems like a good one. There are a lot out there like that. But he is in no way a representation of Christians as a whole. You have some severe angst towards Christians apparently. So it’s no wonder you don’t see the persecution that Christians face. One last thing. There doesn’t have to be laws passed to attack Christianity. That is just pure ignorance. There are plenty of companies and individuals that do it.
