I could write a book on the subject. Rotech on Reno is a lousy company and, AND once you get a company delivering O2 it TAKES AN ACT OF CONGRESS to switch to another company. I fought with them for four years. First of all they would not deliver. Then when I got them to deliver, they would not deliver again for another 3 months. Since the O2 script was for a month, they still refused to deliver for three months. Every damn month I had to get the script and take it to them from the doctor, pick up the bottles and take them to my mother. I would call Rotech to make sure they had the bottles ready and when I arrived they were not or had been given to another customer causing another return trip for me. After four years of red tape and state law and policy crap from Rotech, and fighting with the roving doctors that frequented the nursing homes to get one to write an new script requesting the company change, I finally got Rotech changed to another company. When I finally got to tell them they were the absolute worst company I have ever done business with in my entire life, they apologized and had the new manager come out to discuss it with me in the waiting room where people were waiting on the bottles to be exchanged. I absolutely unloaded on her. People in the waiting room left. The receptionist was fired right in front of me and the guy in the back that was the delivery guy was fired next. I told her after four years, it was too little, too late, and walked out.
