#9 for cleaning and some very high end grease put on lightly of the slide of my Scorpion. I do clean and lube pretty regular in case the grease starts getting dirty.

And the AR gets tri-flow oil after cleaning. Suggestions on more long term (4-7 months) storage?
Make sure to have a golden rod or something in the safe. Greatest way to keep for long storage. I coat my guns that aren't shot much with silicon spray, shake off the excess, and put in the safe. Some have been in there for years with no rust.

I've see Tetra but never used it. What's the pro's and cons?
I don't know of any cons, but RIA recommends it in their operator manual for 45's. I started using it several years ago and don't
remember how I found out about it but they say it not only lubes but gets in the metal and helps reduce friction.
