Thanks for the pics! I'm still rather fascinated by this procedure, and still have project(s) bouncing around in my head. A couple of questions come to mind. How are the bushings attached to the barrel liner? Just a press fit? Same for the barrel liner/bushings assembly into the shotgun barrel? Press fit? If so, how do you keep the bushings in proper position while pressing the assembly into the shotgun barrel?

Is there a reason you prefer to keep the shotgun barrel extra long compared to the liner? Cool build for sure. I would still love to hear one of these things

How does the longer shotgun barrel effect accuracy with the gas coming out around the bullet when it leaves the chambered barrel but stilled somewhat trapped? How does it effect the noise?
