Frustration with overseas scammers!

I know all of you are also frustrated with scammers from overseas taking advantage of our OSA site. Their ads immediately identify them as not educated in our great country.

I think this sign should be posted as a sticky on the OSA forum to remind non-Americans that if they are going to advertise here they should be as well-versed in the proper use of the English language as we all are!
