What brand is this? Who manufactured it? What steel is it made from? AR500? AR550?

It's a buddy's actually, so let me see what I can find out.

He ordered it from Rangemaster Rowdy. He’s pretty sure he opted for AR500 option. It’s the Okie Rotating Plate

I have no clue one way or other. Although I have shot it a few times. Spins pretty good!

Why is it still at 45degrees? Instead of straight across level?

Hmm not sure. Not perfectly level area I guess. But it sure takes off spinning when you knock off a plate

Is the weight on the ground beside the target part of it? If so, it could be the reason it’s not sitting level.

Rangemaster Rowdy stuff is good. I have a dueling tree from them and it’s a beast.
