Since it’s not legally a class III, can you use a lawn mower muffler for a can?

I don't think so. I remember reading a few years ago that it was illegal to silence a paintball gun.

    Google probably knows. :drunk2:

Just curious if anyone has bought a full auto BB gun yet? Just wondering if anyone has suggestions on which one? They look fun as hell and some are pretty cheap. Added bonus is shooting it in my back yard...until a neighbor gets triggered, anyway. The pistol is pretty cool and would be less conspicuous in the yard. Sparrows beware!

Sorry, if this is a repeat thread. I searched...

I just pulled the trigger on that one just now. Read through a lot of reviews and that one seemed best. Supposed to arrive on Friday. You think my neighbors won't like it? I may have to try it while the boys are mowing first.

Good luck with that... I expect the mowing will immediately cease and they'll be begging you to shoot it.

I have the Steel Storm (https://www.umarexusa.com/products/umarex-steel-storm). dlbleak is right about the permagrin. Only downside is that with repeated rapid fire the CO2 capsules get really cold, lowering the gas pressure (a little practical demonstration of Charles' Law from HS Physics).

Is the barrel threaded on the Umarex Steel Force?
