Dang! I went to be early last night and missed this thread. My wife had hers removed several years ago, but all her surgeries and procedures have run together in my mind and I can’t remember how it went for her.

I’ll definitely be praying for you this morning and for a speedy recovery.

Hopefully things go well. My wife had hers taken out back in 2005 or 2006. Three small incisions and that was it.

Funny story, my wife about 5 years ago had hers removed. We had a cruise set up that same week, the doctor that removed it told her it wasn’t a good idea for her to go so soon. She had it removed on a Wednesday and we left out Thursday morning to the port, and of course she was extremely sore but she wasn’t gonna mis it. We boarded the ship and by 6pm later that afternoon we ended up in the casino, she hit a jackpot on the machine she was playing, $10k lol. For the rest of the cruise she forgot all about her surgery she had just a few days before.

Had mine out last thanksgiving. The gas cramping was the worst part for me took about 3 days to get absorbed felt like a cheap balloon
till then.
