[QUOTE="Fyrtwuck, post: 3092651, member: 23"] The early Gen-4 Glocks had issues with ejectors, extractors and recoil spring assemblies. Glock received numerous complaints about FTF and FTE and BTF. (Brass to Face). Glocks first response was for everyone to stop using WWB ammo and only use NATO spec ammo, that the recoil generated by the weak WWB ammo was not enough to ensure reliable function with the new dual recoil spring. The complaints grew and Glock finally listened. I know of three different RSA versions before they finally got it right. The dual recoil spring had been used in other models before, but not in the 17. After design changes to the RSA, ejector, extractor and the slide, the later versions seem to be more reliable.
