Well, I did it. I no longer have finger grooves to blame and man oh man, do I like this gun so much better now. It was relatively easy to do; I used a dremel with medium and fine sanding drums and assorted grit sand paper in 159, 400, 600, and 1,200. Time wise I'd say I spent about 3-4 hours total in the project, and that includes under cutting the trigger guard. I watched a couple YouTube Vids, Googled it up and down and all around, talked to guys, and decided to do it myself. I was patient and went slow. I carefully used the dremel to bring the front strap down until it was flat. Then I carefully took all the texture down on all sides and the back strap. Then I used the dremel and carefully undercut my trigger guard. I smoothed it all up with progressively finer paper until it looked and felt good. Next I cleaned it all up with alcohol pads and put a Gen 5 No Backstrap Talon Grip on and used the wife's hairdryer as per the instructions. Man, it came out great! I now have a Glock that feels good in the hand! Dang, I'm good. Here be pics:

I didn't change the grip angle at all. And you know how sensitive to recoil I am anyway.
