I do think the misbehavior is very minor but it certainly happens and in that case the person wronged needs and deserves the ability to recover damages. Body cams have shown both bad behavior by LEO and shown the bad nature of the majority of contacts they make. The cams have also shown trumped up charges made by contacts that were false that may have made it through the courts without them. Example, hands up, don't shoot! Totally falsified reports by "eyewitnesses" to create the narrative the cop was bad. When the actual trial concluded, the officer was found to be fighting for his life, threatened and attacked by a criminal thug and found innocent. He was doing his job and did it by the book, yet he lost his job and will never get the profession he always wanted back. The taxpayers lost how many millions in riots that had no basis? Any justification for that? Riots ensued, and the national opinion was swayed by these false reports putting a black eye on LEO when it was unwarranted. Those false facts in this case and others I can bring up are still being used to complete the narrative that cops are bad and all the rest of the malarkey that goes along with this BS so moral outrage and riots can happen. Riots, looting and burning seem to be a national past time with liberals now. GOT A TICKET FOR RUNNING A RED LIGHT!!! BURN THIS BIATCH DOWN!
