Glock 17 & 26 vs 19?

You can't go wrong with a G19. The late James Yeager once said all Glocks carried for self defense purposes a should be 9mm and all Glock frames carried for CCW should be a G19.

If you want a duty size, go 19X/45

If you want the best IMO it would be 43X with SA15 magazines.

Agreed. You can't go wrong with a G19. I own all three too and everything retrieverman stated is the Glock gospel. Please don't send me hate PMs, I own 1911s too. I just don't like the carry weight of 45ac on my delicate old Dad-bod.

Literal millions. And millions of. 19’s have been sold for the versatility. They carry well and can be a home defense, duty or range gun.

I just can't get over this stuff:

Full Glock mags in a 43x or 48 almost never fall free. They're not as meaty as the larger frame gun mags so they tend to bulge a bit when full of ammo. When they're empty, they fall free like a champ...bet homie in the vidja don't know that.
