Glock 17 v 19 v 19x

What application for each and why? Glock 45 can also have honorable mention, but 19x comes with night sights and supposedly has a better trigger and doesn't use proprietary gen-5 mags so I am more interested in comparing the 19x to the other two. Is there any real application for a G17 anymore?

Thats why I recommened a G19 in your other thread. The 17rd'ers work in the G19

I prefer the 17 over the other two but I also prefer the 45 over the 19 and 19x.

I've owned a gen 4 17 and a gen 3 19. Bone stock I preferred the 17. Then again, I ride a Harley year-round, so I don't look totally out of place wearing a jacket in the summer and I can get away with a shoulder holster for maximum 1980s Miami Detective LARP.

LOL, I've had so many threads like this I lose track...maybe the G19mag with the OEM +2 base plate is something to look at. I think I have some of those lying around so I may try it. It would be cleaner than the 17 mag sticking out.

GripX makes sleeves for 17rd mags that makes them look cleaner in the G19

Go to a shop, rent or borrow them. Shoot them. I have allah them, 19-5 MOS with a Holosun scs is my daily now!

What about the G-47? No love there?

I may choose one, you might hate it and like something else and vice versa.

Wife currently is rocking a Gen 5-26 MOS with the same optic.
