Hey guys,
I’ve got a issue and I’m not “familiar enough” to know where to start. I have a glock 40 MOS that came with an upgraded pyramid trigger (and looks like other upgraded coated gold parts) on it. My 20 and my hi point carbine shoot all rounds flawlessly. This setup gets tons of light strikes. Even on the ones it does ignite, The strikes are still very light. I imagine it has something to do with the upgraded parts, where should I start? Similarly, wouldn’t mind going back stock if anyone has some parts they aren’t using! Thanks in advance guys.

Perfect. I do know the “bump” on the underside of the slide also appears to be anodized the same color as the trigger bar and all. (Sorry for the ignorant vernacular, I’ve never modded a Glock so all terms are new to me).

I’m talking about the plunger itself is the same gold-ish anodized color (I cleaned the gun before using so got any brass transfer off already).

Awesome. I appreciate it guys. I love my 20, but had wanted a G40 and a venom red dot on a pistol for a while. So this seemed to tick both checks. Did some FPS checks today and the velocity gains are decent.

Sounds like I may be one of the only people trying to buy stock parts for a Glock. Haha. I looked in the striker channel, and it wasn’t really dirty or oily. Just normal spot from using blue dot )my 10mm handload)
