Hey guys, just bought a new Glock 19 and got some aftermarket night sights I'd like to install. Could I buy a 6-pack/etc. in exchange for using someone's rear sight pusher? I can meet in Mustang, Yukon, or OKC!

I always use a small brass hammer and brass punch. Glock sites are never very tight.

If you don’t manage to get with somebody with a sight pusher, holler at me. I’ve got an appropriate punch and various hammers from small size mallets to 8 lb sledge. We CAN get that rear sight out!

Drift it out with a punch
Sight are made to drift out left to right or right to left
    Look Up for your model
Most sight need a little fitting before being drifted in to dovetail

It won't matter if your model requires rt to lft or lft to rt if you get with @druryj and use his 8lb sledge and a 3/4" bolt for a punch. You might see if drury has an anvil or large stump you can lay that booger on. Drury will probably operate the sledge if you hold the glock and "punch" steady.

Exactly. Some stoning will normally be required. You pot heads can keep your comments to yourself....lol.

Naw, we don't need no anvil or stump; we can just toss that Glock down on the driveway and whale away at it with the sledge until that old sight pops out.
