Are you telling me you used just straight spray paint? I mean it looks really good. I just want to make sure it is something that won't start wearing off right away.
If it was mine I would riptile it with some rattle can paint.
Or other camo pattern.
I do my cars and some guns in camo and it wears very well.
I did not do those that is just a pic I found of painted pistols.
My car paint and guns i paint are done with Rust-oleum camo paint.
Cars will fade a little after 3 years of being parked outside.
Mud and trees brushing against them do no harm and the car wash does not take it off either.
I have done boats also and muddy Oklahoma waters do not hurt it.
A holster may wear it off..I do not carry so others may need to chime in on that.
Many here have rattle canned their guns.
