I'm just glad the tort lawyers didn't get to screw up a perfectly good operating system. The G-22 jamming issues are a separate story, but the Safe Action system is perfectly fine as is.

From what I have been able to find out the G-22 jamming issue is only when you have a tactical light mounted on the rails.

It never fails, when something gets done right some dork will show up bitchin about it..

There are people who have had accidents using glock pistols???
Go figure! There are folks that could injure themselves in a rubber room.

For those who know what they're doing the Glock "safe-action" pistol IS nearly perfect.

FTFA: Paul F. Jannuzzo, Glock's former top executive in the U.S., says in an interview that, overall, the company's pistols are as safe as comparable handguns-and more durable. "The one problem," he says, "was [the Glock] would go off sometimes when it wasn't supposed to."

NO. The Glock goes off when the trigger is pulled. What he should've said was that sometimes the Glock's trigger is pulled when it wasn't supposed to be.

No wonder he's a former top executive.
