Just don't over do it. I know how it is when you are in the home stretch and have just a few more things to get done and say "Hey I will finish up tonight and be done early." That is when you end up slipping, falling, dropping or plain derping and end up hurt or getting sick. I have caused more issues with my shoulder that way than I can remember just trying to get things done and end up paying for it and taking a week before I can finish up some other stuff.
