Blue bullets are lethal. They are just coated bullets I shoot in competition. Some are red, some green, and so on. Depends on the manufacturer.
I know what coated bullets look like, although I've never seen them in auto pistol rounds, I imagine reloaders would certainly use them.

That one looks like the blue plastic we had for less-lethal...less-lethal doesn't mean non-lethal...just means it's less likely to kill somebody. If that's the case, that leaves the black talon guess...one more, the 45GAP?

Shot 200+ rounds of 22LR last week, all range pick ups.

Found these the other day. Why do people throw away new ammo?

Nope.

Look closely at the upper left one.


BTW, the blue is just a cheap bullet for reloading. Still 115 or 124 gr. They make them in lots of colors.
