From reading that story one of the main things i can bring out of it is Employers should allow the people they employ to carry as long as they legally can. Good guys with guns stopped the bad guy.

Sad that ANYone had to get hurt (except the scumbag perp), but sure glad to see someone stepped up and did what needed to be done. Disappointed they didn't end his life on the spot, as now we'll be on the hook for all his future needs and healthcare expenses, but hey, at least they managed to stop the threat.
