Good news/bad news

The good news is that the NFA is now working July pending dates. The bad news is that I know this because I received an error letter today for a Form 1 that went pending July 29, 2013. So, another 90 day wait if current processing times hold true.

I feel ya. I submitted a 5320.20 for address change and now mine went problem status.

If you received an error letter, that means it's at the head of the line. My last one came back and once returned it was less than two weeks before it came back approved.

My first error letter was a two week turn around. My most recent error letter was 90 days. I'm thinking that the 90 days is closer to reality at this point in time.

Just called on my form 4. Sent in August, pending in October, told to expect sometime in July.
