I would say at that price, it might take the savings out of reloading.
But then looking at prices for loaded ammo these days and I guess not.
It doesn't. Even at 100-150 a thousand, I was still loading 9mm cheaper than I could find it online and made better ammo.

I NEVER see any reloading components in the Tulsa area Academy stores (other than a very small section of Black Powder accestories) Am I missing them? Not looking in right place?

They are usually in the glass cases. Couple of the Academy's here have them in the same area as the tac lights.

MWC Academy had a bunch the other day also.
first ones I saw were a month or so ago at Cabellas they were $60/k
they are coming back and exactly like the factory rounds - as people stop scooping all them off the shelves at these elevated prices
the price will head back down to normal -- absolutely no doubt about it.
it is ALL about supply and demand and supply is growing
first in line were the commercial ammo makers - then the commercial reloaders --- they get their orders for millions of primers filled
then retail starts getting product -- give it time if you can wait and you will be happy you did
