I remember a place east of Stillwater a mile or two on the south side that had calf fries on the menu but every time I ordered them they were like burnt offerings. I had to ask each time to not cook them so long.

I used to go to a Hong Kong buffet that had jalapeño froglegs.

A fresh bunch came out and I had a dozen on my plate. The server, a 50 yo oriental lady, was standing behind me. Taps me on the shoulder, "you eat those?"

"Yes, only reason I eat here is to get froglegs."

I thought she was going to get ill.

Well we now have 7 ewes and a couple rams. Just got a couple bottle babies. My kids are loving the bottle lambs! Think I’m all set for the year sheep wise.

One of the 2 original rams went to freezer camp last weekend. Fantastic lamb meat!

Well today got my young ewes wormed, hoof trimmed, and moved from the winter paddock onto green pasture. Beautiful sight.

Also, their meat is delicious

Sheeps are grazers goats are browsers and can clean out undergrowth. A lot of goat owners rent their goats just for that purpose. Sheeps might try the tasty bark on young trees.
