Try a different key. I know that sounds a little farfetched but I've had Hondas for years and the key can be the problem if it cranks over but won't hit or start. My friend, just this week had a key made by the Honda dealership and it wouldn't start. His local shop was getting ready to pull the fuel pump but at the last second tried one of his older keys and it started right up. Maybe???

Plus one on the key thing, a guy down the street from me had this same issue and it turned out being the key. The plastic that held the transponder broke off.

It will show a light on the dashboard also.

I've changed out many batteries on Hondas and never needed an idle-relearn. And, the only Honda I own that needed an idle-relearn (for another issue) wouldn't relearn to idle properly...quite the rebel...lol!
