I called today. A very nice lady answered the phone and said that they cannot check statuses during the shutdown. Aw, poo.

every time i talked to them, i was surprised with the very accommodating and pleasant attitude . having dealt with guberment officials in the past . sorry maybe 90% of the rotten apples spoils the 10% good . thats meant to be funny, sadly.
