I don’t think the car cost this much. It is a pretty pistol.

They're priced a bit out of my range, too. You're right, though; they are beautiful guns.

Especially in 1979. The 460 CID V8 the previous year, its last, produced 225 hp. Not exactly muscle car material.

Cabot makes a nice gun, i don't care for that one tho. Guncrafter, Joe Chambers, several others make better guns IMO

Back in the day, a friend had a Gran Torino ('71-72?) with a 351 Cleveland.

It would surprise ya.

Curb weight was about a metric gazilllaton. I think it was on the LTD frame and suspension. Walt Kowalski would know more.

I had a 73 Ford Ranchero on the Gran Torino chassis. It had a 351 Cleveland 4bbl and it would surprise you.

There was no such thing as a Gran Torino SS. They took a Ford name and a Chevy "SS" badge and threw them together.

Ya'll are crazy...plenty of '68-'74 Torinos would be classified as muscle cars. Hell, you could even get one with a 428 CJ in '68 and '69.

I don't like gimmick or themed firearms, but for some reason, I'm kinda digging the Starsky and Hutch stripe.
