    Are you trying to slow her down or what? If she answers the phone or calls back all the people leaving her messages, we don't get our forms back as quickly. C'mon man, don't be slowing us down.:D

    Not really, a problem with the a transfer of which talking to her is about the only way to correct it.

    yeah, but we only talk to whoever answers the phone. BTW, I think the dude that answers knows my voice now because he sighs heavily when I ask for a status check.

    I used to call them all the time. Now I just call them five or six weeks after my check gets cashed, then maybe once more if I have not heard back within another eight to ten weeks.

    I may not ever call them for the next stamp.
