@rjbrooks7: Yes, these PM's wanting you to send your moment to an out of state location and they will mail the item to your ffl are SCAMS. Often, they want the funds sent via Pay Pal F&F, for which there is no recourse to recoup your loss.

Please take a screen shot of the PM you got from him and post here so all can see.

Unfortunately we see a lot of those. Always report them as spam/scam and they will be deleted and banned.

@sedona, that person was banned but tried 3 more times to make an account. We have a multiple accounts detector and we shut them down every time after that. That’s why it is important for you guys to let us know ASAP.

Thanks. Yep, these guys just won't quit trying. The wording used by this scam artist here is almost verbatim from others we've seen.

Good team effort! We got both Grey323 and Midyette12; two turds, I mean....uh, two birds, with one stone so to say. Some time ago, as in a year or more, we had two good members get taken in by this shell game and both lost several hundred bucks! Pay Pal WILL NOT refund any money if their service is used to buy firearm's or related items.
