The comment about different verdicts from different circuits is exactly correct. 9th Circuit =liberal nonsense, 10th circuit = actual reasonable court decisions.
Haha! And that ain't looking good, my man. I tried eating scramble eggs and pancakes Sunday. Went ok. Then I tried salmon and sauteed greens. Went ok. Woke up that night wheezing like a squeeky toy. At least **** using going down into my lungs as bad, so I do think I'm getting better.
