I'll try and briefly explain how I got to this point and where I am at now. I won a GB auction. I went through the GB immediate check out. GB said my credit card was not accepted. I tried to check out again and before I could make any entry I get a message that my card was again declined with no reason given for either non-acceptance. I went to my credit card to see if there was a problem there. My credit card showed two pending payments of the full amount due to the seller of the auction and that reduced my available credit by the total of both GB payments. I contacted the GB seller who stated he did not receive any payment. I contacted my credit card help and the nice lady spent about 45 minutes trying to resolve the problem including getting my bank on the phone where I could authorize an immediate deposit to my card. The credit card lady had no luck trying to remove or reverse the charges. She said the pending charges should drop off within 24 hours to 5 days as they were not funded to start with. I sent GB an emailed help request. It has not been answered. As it stands now, my credit card will use what credit was left available after the 2 GB charges posted to pay new charges but the bank deposit and one authorized payment along with the 2 GB payments are now frozen in a pending status (and have been since yesterday). Note: I am unwilling to make another deposit to my credit card for fear it would be frozen too. .
