I have an old Fox Model B 16 gauge, I need to have it deep cleaned. It doesn’t need bluing, maybe a couple small scratches, could be “dabbed” with cold blue?
What can I expect as a price range?

kind of depends on what you’re meaning by a “deep cleaning”. I’d expect to pay $75-$100 for what I’d call a good cleaning (subjective term) but if your expecting him to completely disassemble the action I don’t have a clue. Only a handful of people id even trust with the task. I’ve found with these older guns, and I have a few (check my avatar) best left alone unless there is something broken.

Back inthe 80's it was $12.50
Today like everything else it's probably insane most likely upwards of a hundred.

I can do what I need, without disassembly I think. There’s just a couple places I’d rather save up and have a pro do it. One place is on the muzzle of the rh barrel, slight, almost a mushroom injury, like it was carried in a pickup, barrel down, on a metal floor. I’m thinking it needs filed off or sandpaper, smoothed and touch with cold blue

I like that but I think you need to add a plus sign after the 100%
