I've laid in shallow water on the Arkansas River many times. When you walk for miles and there's really nothing in the way of shade, it gets damn hot out there.
Good thing the Dam didn't open up.

So the logo in the lower left corner says "Good Day LA" and they are flashing current temperatures in Ontario and Long Beach. So this made the news on a Los Angeles station?! I never heard about it here, but it gets 1 minute of news time in LA?
