The fee discussed in the thread you linked was recently dropped to $50. As of today it is now $0.00. We are working to clear up the issue detailed in the ARF.com thread.

Several SBRs and SBSs, and some suppressors....all are in the "tactical" law enforcement room but are available to anyone. IIRC, right now we pay the $200 stamp on all SBS and SBR purchases.
