The CCP seems, on the surface, it be a wonderful pistol. No 9mm pistol has a slide that can be racked with so little effort. There are, however, page after page (stretching to 80 some pages last I saw) on the Walther forum detailing problems with the CCP. I'd look at that thread before committing to a CCP.
Another option is the Rock Island .22 TCM. A 1911 style pistol, with an 8 lb recoil spring, shooting a 40 grain JHP at 2100 fps from a 5 inch barrel. The slide is very easy to rack, recoil is very easy to manage.
