Bill gates. Ted turner ‘used’ to be the biggest private land owner. It was rumored that turner did it for the water rights as it may be the next ‘liquid gold’. Gates, on the other hand, want to be the food king of America and maybe the world. I would venture that he’s buying up land all over the world.
