Good news Joel, after many months and submitted plans for approval and two reams of paper I finally got permission from the Oklahoma State Fire Marshal for the variance of having all those candles on your birthday cake. We assured him it would be baked by a professional baker and transported in a rear cargo area separate and apart from the driver's compartment.
In addition all appropriate "Danger Flammable" HAZMAT placards will be displayed on the van transporting said cake. the local fire station has also been notified and the occupancy variance has been signed by the local AHJ with only the stipulation of having (3) 2020-2021 inspected Class A-B or A-B-C fire extinguishers on hand for the event. One at the cake table or within 10 ft of the table and one at each of the two fire exits.
Copies of the HAZMAT placards and OSHA required MSDS sheets of the cake's incendiary devices (candle wax) are enclosed.
The MSDS sheets will be posted in the interior hallway.
