Guess I'll start off with a hello to everyone, and apologize for asking this before searching for old threads on 1911 gunsmiths.
I would like contact info. for a competent gunsmith. I have a Colt series 70, gov. that I mistakenly, had taken to a shop to have sights installed. Front sight was mounted crooked. (Believe the slide might need to be milled/dovetailed now for a proper repair.
I also would like a beaver tail/ hammer installed as well as a general assessment of the trigger-function-reliability of the pistol.
