Help me through the process of SBR'ing a glock

Thanks for all the info guys. Looks like I will go the trust and form 1 route and save myself some cash. this was great info!

On a form 1 the host firearm MUST already be on the schedule A that you mail in. People have been getting their forms kicked back without it

If you already have a suppressor in a trust then I'd go that route. No finger prints and No CLEO sig.

Include:
2 copies of the form one printed front and back
1 Cert of compliance
1 copy of your trust with the notary visible
1 updated schedule A

Does the form one need photos on it? just regular passport photos?

If you are doing this as a trust, then there are no photos as the trust is making the NFA item and you can't photograph a legal entity.

The schedule A was the page with your trust that said at the top "SCHEDULE A" and below it listed your suppressor. To add to it just list the glock you are converting on the next line

Can I fill out the form 1 in Adobe or do I need to hand write it all?

BTW this paperwork is for my AK sbr I am building.


On my schedule A right now it says

1. SWR Trident 9 suppressor, 9mm, serial number ##-####

Do I just retype my schedule A and add this to it

2. Century arms Mini Draco Pistol 7.62X.39 Serial ##-####-####

The only worries I would have on SBR'ing a Glock would be the engraving. Would it have to be a plate like the serial number is on?

Sorry this was not for a glock now. I decided that is going to be down the road. this is for a mini AK.

since you are in rogers county you need to do a trust. Our glorious sheriff Scott Walton doesnt "believe in" anything class III and he wont sign off on a form 4.

I believe he would not be sheriff after the next election.
