Sorry if this has been covered already but here goes. I had one of the charter arms AR7's back in the late 80's and although the concept was cool, the thing just wouldn't cycle reliably. Henry redisigned the mag with a little angled lip on the follower so that it positioned the shell better. They also made another slot so it can carry 3 loaded mags.
Recently Atwood's had them on sale for 219 and I just couldn't resist!

Haven't had it out yet but their website has some videos of the changes they made. Hickok45 does a nice piece on YouTube e also.

I had one of the older ones, also had the Explorer 2 pistol. Neither worked worth a crappie. I would be willing to try again, however they also are both left hand friendly.
