Now they are blaming radio reception in the elementary school! It's a known fact for years certain radio frequencies don't perform well inside certain school buildings. That is why districts (and businesses) and install signal boosters to allow police and fire to communicate inside buildings. This is a known issue, why were boosters not already installed? It's clear this was a major cluster*&^% by everyone involved.

most anyone with a cell phone or radio would try moving to another spot to get better reception, next they will probably claim they turned their radios off so they could hear gun fire

This is all just deflection to try and minimize the impact on the people who failed. It’s irrelevant to the fact that they all failed spectacularly.
