Some have said that video games aren’t a problem for these kids. I believe shooting games where you are constantly killing people can lead to wanting to do the same thing in real life. Isolation, bullying, no parental guidance and there you go. Mental issues have to be addressed or this is going to continue.

If violent video games were the culprit, schools would be emptied from the carnage.

Not saying that it's the "culprit". However, it may be part of the mindset of the 'perp'. Kind of the same way that some people become dependent on alcohol while others do not. Not saying that alcohol is bad, but to certain people, it most certainly is.
