I'd think they've spent more on advertising than was earmarked for the settlement. Kind of ridiculous.

I wonder if the advertisement is included in the settlement? Way too many lawyers pumping big money into TV and print ads.
It wouldn't surprise me if that wasn't the case as lawyers wrote the bill.

This reminds me of the news article a few weeks ago when someone said there was jet fuel in the water of one of the Navy ships. When was that a mystery, it happens/and has continued to happen for many years on many occasions.
