Can any of you tell me what happened on 11th Street between Utica and Lewis at about 9 pm? My wife and I were driving around in our convertible and came upon the scene just as the ambulances and police were arriving. Saw a woman running towards the police screaming. Pretty strange.

Just being nosy.
