In the spirit of "Paying it Forward", the website http://heyneighborokc.com/ offers opportunities to help, and to get help throughout the OKC Metro area. You can donate items, volunteer to do grocery or pharmacy pick up, and ask for the same kind of assitance, etc. I'm putting together a couple of bags of miscellaneous stuff to donate: canned items, toiletries, soap, cleaning supplies, some books, etc. Also volunteering to do curb-side or pharmacy pick up for seniors and those stricken ill.

I don't know if other metro or rural areas in Oklahoma have anything like this but if you live in the Greater OKC Metro area, please check this site out. Please help if you can; and if you need assistance, or know someone who does, take advantage of this.
