They make a kit for the USPs but I don't know of one for the P30 variants. You're likely better off selling and buying a factor model.

I've done a few of the p2k and p2sk to LEM.

That is up to what you want, what you want to pay and what value it has to you.
i like the LEM conversion but not everyone likes the resulting trigger

I would suggest finding an LEM gun and playing with the trigger to see if you like it. Good luck with that. I've never seen one in store.

Carry. I really like the gun but don't like the safety.

may HK have no safety

Just don’t use the safety. My V3’ don’t have them at all.

You can buy all the parts to convert, but you’ll delete the decocking “button” in the back of the slide leaving it open to dirt, lint, etc. That’s why they don’t sell a kit for the P30 conversion.
